【摘要】:ThisPartofEN13244specifiesthecharacteristicsofvalvesorvalvebodiesmadefrompolyethylene(PE)intendedforburiedandabove-groundpressuresystemsforwaterforgeneralpurposes,drainageandsewerage.Itisalsoapplicableforvacuumsewersystems.NOTE1Waterforgeneralpurposesisnotintendedforhumanconsumptionandcomponentsconformingtothisstandardshouldnotbeusedinsystemsconveyingwaterforhumanconsumption.ForPEcomponentsintendedfortheconveyanceofwaterintendedforhumanconsumptionandrawwaterpriortotreatment,seeEN12201[1].NOTE2Valvesmadefrommaterialotherthanpolyethylene(PE)designedto(a)relevantstandard(s)canbeusedinPEpipingsystemsconformingtoEN13244whentheyhaverelevantPEconnectionendsforbuttfusionorelectrofusion(seeEN13244-3).Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.InconjunctionwithotherPartsofEN13244(seeForeword),itisapplicabletoPEvalves,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofothermaterialsintendedtobeusedasfollows:—buriedintheground;—seaoutfalls;—laidinwater;—above-ground,includingpipessuspendedbelowbridges;—amaximumoperatingpressure,MOP,uptoandincluding25bar;—anoperatingtemperatureof20℃asareferencetemperature.NOTE3Forapplicationsoperatingatconstanttemperaturesgreaterthan20℃andupto40℃,seeannexAofEN13244-1:2002.EN13244coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.NOTE4Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalguidanceorregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.ThisPartofEN13244coversvalvesforpipeswithanominaloutsidediameterdn≤225mm.note:1)1bar=10N/m.
