【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesamethodofusingphase-sensitiveeddy-currentinstrumentsfornon-destructivemeasurementsofthethicknessofnon-magneticmetalliccoatingsonmetallicandnon-metallicbasismaterials,suchas:a)zinc,cadmium,copper,tinorchromiumonsteel;b)copperorsilveroncompositematerials.Thephase-sensitivemethodcanbeappliedwithoutthicknesserrorstosmallersurfaceareasandtostrongersurfacecurvaturesthantheamplitude-sensitiveeddy-currentmethoddescribedinISO2360[1],andislessaffectedbythemagneticpropertiesofthebasismaterial.However,thephase-sensitivemethodismoreaffectedbytheelectricalpropertiesofthecoatingmaterials.Whenmeasuringmetalliccoatingsonmetallicbasismaterials,theproductofconductivityandpermeability(σ,μ)ofoneofthematerialsshouldbeatleastafactorof1,5timestheproductofconductivityandpermeabilityfortheothermaterial.Non-ferromagneticmaterialshavearelativepermeabilityof1.
